* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation,
including early budding fruit trees, such as pears, plums and
peaches, if left uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will trend cooler tonight and
northerly winds are expected to be lighter than last night
