you for joining us today. breaking news out of humboldt county... a judge has ruled against relocating a sexual predator to tehama county. after a hearing in eureka this morning, the judge told 'liberty health' to look for other possible locations for placement of joshua cooley, possibly in sacramento county. tehama county's district attorney was at the hearing this morning, arguing against the earlier plan to move cooley to a home on highway 36 west near red bluff. the hotly contested plan was the focus of petition drives and acommunity meeting this week. we'll bring you more details and reaction on tonights news.## a
