now... welcome back. here's what you here's what you need to know to start your day. the sand fire burning in yolo county has reached 22- hundred acres - at the last report from cal fire - sonoma/ lake/napa unit... that fire has forced evacuations in the area of county road 41 and highway 16. the fire has destroyed seven structures. cal fire and sutter county fire crews worked to get the upper hand on a fire burning northeast of colusa sunday. the "west butte" fire- it broke out on north butte road and west butte road around early saturday evening. our sister station in sacramento is reporting some 900 acres burned with the fire at 60% contained.#### this morning - power has been restored to those pg&e customers who lost power this weekend --with the shut-off due to fire safety. this is the first planned power shut-off of the year.### the manhunt for an inmate who walked away from work crew in shasta county sunday is now over. the california department of corrections and rehabilitation says "irvin enciso" went missing from the sugar pine conservation camp, northeast of redding. police found "encisco in salinas county- he is now back behind bars.### with triple digit temperatures expected today- the shasta county health and human service department has also created a list of public places you can be at that have a- c. this includes... the good news rescue mission. mount shasta mall. the redding and anderson library. all those places again are locations you can escape the heat for free.#### today- in washington, democrats have scheduled their first hearing on the mueller report. the committee says the goal of todays hearing is to educate the public about what s in the 438- page mueller report. tomorrow the house will vote whether to hold mcgahn and attorney general william barr in contempt for not complying with subpoenas.#### and you're never
