act. ## today - the shasta county board of supervivors made a change to its proposed navigational center in redding. it is still in the early discussion stages... the facility is meant to bridge criminal and mental health treatment to reduce homeless crimes. one of the big topics discussed today was whether there was enough money for such a large project. the health and human services representative on the project says "no". when you combine the two projects its quite a bit of money you know its a significant resource so i mean trying to be a little more realistic on what we think we can do with the resources we have. he proposed a smaller scale alternative. supervisors voted to let health and human services continue its research. ## signs are
