Trinity Dam releases expected to increase after oil-spill clean up

The oil leak, discovered at the Trinity Dam Power Plant last Monday, is now fully cleaned up. Now, the river flows can start ramping up again.

from the trinity dam are expected to ramp up again this week- after a massive oil spill clean-up. the oil leak- discovered at the at trinity dam power plant last monday- is now fully cleaned up. officials with the u.s. bureau of reclamation say the leak... from a 'hallow jet valve'.. dumped about 500 gallons of oil into the trinity river above lewiston dam. river flows were reduced to help with repairs and to help efforts to contain the oil with 'booms'... to prevent it from reaching the fish hatchery at lewiston
