vehicles out of water. ### debbie debbie chico river road is still closed and the area is under an evacuation warning due to flooding. vo the butte county sheriff's office issued an evacuation order last night... for people living between chico river road and highway 32. pine creek has raisen several feet since wednesday's rain and flooding from the sacramento river take a look at the area near 'scotty's boat landing bar and grill' on river road. the manager said the weather has slowed down business significantly.. sot full not as sunny as it usually is, it slows us down alot but we do have alot of looky lous coming out to see how the river has raised vo people living closer to chico river road can use the road as an evacuation route despite the warning.
