stephanie vo all this flooding has kept butte county's swift water rescue team.. very busy. the team jumped into action on honcut road just east of highway 70 yesterday. cal fire says a man drove his van around barricades and got stuck in high water. the van was filling up with storm water. fortunately .. rescuers got the driver out safely. but the van -- is still there.. c-h-p plans to wait until it is safe to pull the van out. so... another reminder - if the road is flooded -- turn around, don't wipe hayley
