Mackenzie graduated from the University of Central Florida in December 2019, with a major in Broadcast Electronic Journalism and a minor Mass Culture and Collective Behavior Degree. She was born and raised in Parkland, Florida.
Mackenzie interned at Channel 4, WJXT in Jacksonville, Florida her Junior year of college and interned at the sister station, Channel 6, WKMG in Orlando her Senior year of college.
In her free time, Mackenzie likes playing with her Sphynx cat, working out, being outdoors, and playing volleyball.
