Brandon Benitez joined the Action News now family in August 2019 as the Sports Reporter.

He comes from Los Angeles where he worked in sports production at KCBS. Brandon graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Journalism emphasizing in broadcast.

Brandon loves playing basketball, soccer, being outdoors, and talking about every sport you can think of.

Brandon’s always looking to cover sports in the North State so he’d love to hear what’s new in the community.
