CHICO, Calif. -- Last year Chico High swept the Pleasant Valley swim team and they will do it again this year.

Panther's Zack O'Connor and Jaxon Balken led the way for the boys. They won two individual races each to help Chico High's boys team win 98-72.

The girl's team completed the sweep to win 106-60. McKenna Winzenz led that charge with two wins of her own.

We began the first full week of August on a slightly cooler note with a lot of high clouds, haze and smoke for most parts of northern California. The high clouds will remain through much of Tuesday, with other changes coming soon.
