Thailand Cave Rescue
All 12 members of the boys’ soccer team and their coach, trapped in a Thailand cave for more than two weeks are now out.
The remaining four boys and coach were brought to safety Tuesday morning as part of the third day of rescue operations.
The third and final rescue mission wrapped up, so far family members have only been allowed to visit through glass and are using hospital phones to speak with their sons.

Trump Nominates Kavanaugh for SCOTUS
President Trump has chosen Brett Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court.
The President made the announcement in a nationally televised address Monday night with his wife and two daughters by his side, the 53-year-old Kavanaugh said he’s deeply honored to have been selected.
If confirmed he will fill the seat of retiring Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.

‘Klamathon Fire’ Latest
The deadly “Klamathon Fire” continues to burn in Siskiyou County and southern Oregon.
The fire has consumed some 36,500 acres and is 40 percent contained.
Three firefighters have been injured fighting the fire and one civilian has been killed.
More than 800 buildings are still threatened.
Eighty-one buildings have been destroyed another 12 have been damaged.

Forward spread stopped for ‘Dale Fire’
Firefighters have stopped the spread of a wildfire burning in eastern Tehama County.
Cal Fire Tehama County says the “Dale Fire” is burning north of Highway 36 near Manton Road.
At last check, it’s burned 856 acres and is 30 percent contained.

High Profile Voice Wildfires
A high profile figure has joined the battle over PG&E’s liability for wildfires.
Erin Brockovich whose battle against PG&E was made into a hit movie is taking on the utility giant over last October’s deadly North Bay fires.
She is opposing two bills under consideration that have to do with passing on costs to consumers.

Secretary of State Visits Afghanistan
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo met with Afghanistan’s President in a surprise visit to the country.
Pompeo pledged support to start peace talks with the Taliban.
He said that the U.S. would be willing to join talks but Afghanistan must drive the process.

NATO Summit Preps
The city of Brussels, Belgium is preparing to host a summit to the NATO leader’s summit this week.
President Trump and dozens of other world leaders will be at the summit which takes place Wednesday and Thursday.
Some protests are expected, that is being met with increased security and blocked off roads.
