At 9 a.m. this morning, most of Concow will be open to everyone. Concow Zone B, that's central Concow between Griffin Gulch and Crain Ridge will be opened to the public.
Chico police arrested 22-year-old Kellen Cullpepper for sending sexual content to children through Cnapchat. Nearly 27 girls from ages 12-17 were the victims. Police say he now faces several felony charges.
