Action News Now is working to learn the identity of a person killed in a suspected DUI crash in Cottonwood Sunday morning. California Highway Patrol says Jacob Dahlem, of Fresno, is now behind bars at the Shasta County Jail.
Orland police arrested Jacob Torres for attempted murder. Police say he broke into a woman's home Thursday night and tried to strangle her. The woman was able to escape with minor injuries.
