REDDING, Calif. - A warming center has been set up at the Redding Library following heavy snow conditions.
The library is located at 1100 Parkview Avenue, Redding.
Patrol officers are currently contacting encampments in the area to make sure people know about the center.
The department encourages anyone affected by the snowstorm to use the warming center to stay warm, dry and safe.
