CORNING, Calif.- The city of Corning held its Veterans Day Parade this morning on Solano Street.
Corning Fire Department, police, and Corning Union High marching band were some of the marchers who came out to take part in honoring our veterans.
The parade began at 10 a.m. and made its way to the Veterans Memorial Hall.
Action News Now spoke to one man who took part in the parade and he shared his experience.
"It's just a pleasure to see so many people turn out and have such respect for the American flag and veterans" says Ed Richter.
After the parade, there was a luncheon to celebrate and honor veterans living Corning.
