RED BLUFF, Calif. - Owners of the Oak Creek Golf Course in Red Bluff are asking for the public's help in identifying two vandals they said caused thousands of dollars in damage.

The owners released surveillance photos in hopes that someone can identify the suspects.

The surveillance images from around 11:30  p.m. on Monday show a man and a woman breaking signs and flag poles, spray painting graffiti and scattering 2,000 golf balls.

The golf course is located on Montgomery Road, and the surveillance video shows the suspects approaching the course from a subdivision to the west.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Red Bluff Police Department at 530-527-3131.

Monday was almost as hot as Sunday for most of northern California as a ridge of high pressure controlled our weather. A cooling trend is coming, but it will only cool to seasonable levels in the short term.
