REDDING, Calif. – Shasta County residents ages 16 and older are now eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine starting Monday, April 5.
The Pfizer vaccine is the only brand that is approved for use for ages 16-17, public health said. A parent or guardian must be present when their child or the minor is vaccinated.
The next Pfizer vaccine clinic is scheduled at Shasta College on Friday, April 9. Click here to make an appointment.
