Chico, Calif. - Paradise Town Officials are not the only ones working on rebuilding plans after the Camp Fire.
Architecture students at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo have also been re-imagining the future of the Town. A group of 40 Cal Poly students is now working with students from CSU, Chico and Montana State and Friday they presented their ideas to the community.
They used posters, models and virtual reality to highlight their concepts for two villages and 27 projects.
CSU,Chico student Evelyn Gonzalez said, "Once we all got to see the area we were dealing with, we got to take it in personally and come up with our own concept. So every single person has a different concept on what building they wanted to build, and I think the personal effect that it took on every person, they wanted to make sure that they could find a solution for all those victims."
The students from CSU, Chico are from the Department of Art and Art History. There will be one more presentation of ideas before the end of the semester.
