Monday afternoon at 3:08 p.m., an earthquake registering 3.0 on the Richter scale shook near Los Molinos, according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).

The quake's epicenter was three miles east of Los Molinos, with a depth of 2.3 miles, according to the USGS.

There have been reports of people feeling the quake in the immediate area.
