Authorities moved on a search warrant and arrested two Oroville men involved in the shooting that happened on the 600 block of Tehema Ave. in Oroville on Feb. 23, according to the Butte County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said a bullet entered a residence where multiple individuals, including a 13-year-old victim, lived. Deputies determined debris from the bullet that entered the residence struck the 13-year-old victim.
