2 teenagers taken to hospital after car flips over on Durham-Pentz Road

Saturday morning a car flipped over and crashed on Durham-Pentz Road near Highway 99 in Butte County injuring two people.

BUTTE COUNTY, Calif. - A car heading westbound on Durham-Pentz Road near Highway 99 on Saturday morning drifted onto the shoulder of the road before flipping over and causing the ejection of the driver.

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP) at 11:05 the crash was reported.

Action News Now sent a reporter to the scene of the crash. She said the CHP told her that two 18-year-olds were taken to a local hospital for treatment after the incident.

At 12:30 p.m. crews were still cleaning up the roadway.
