Man arrested for trespassing in Paradise

A man was booked into Butte County Jail after police found him on a Camp fire-burned property for the second time.

Paradise, Calif. - Paradise Police officers arrested a man for illegally camping on a property burned by the Camp Fire.

Just after 7 p.m. Sunday evening, police found David Needham sleeping at a burned property on Dean Road.

Needham was using a makeshift plastic canopy to house himself and his belongings.

They also found open flame burners and candles.

This is the second time Needham's been found on the property.

He was asked to leave earlier in the month. This time, he was arrested for trespassing and booked into the Butte County Jail.
