PARADISE, Calif. – Paradise Police officers arrested a Magalia man Monday evening after a traffic stop.
Officers conducted a traffic stop around 8:30 p.m. Monday on a vehicle for speeding in the area of Skyway and Crossroads in Paradise. The driver was identified as 28-year-old Teddy King Jr.
During the stop, officers conducted a records check that showed King’s license was suspended and he was wanted on three misdemeanor warrants for his arrest on charges for – Driving on a Suspended License, Possession of Narcotics, Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Narcotics Paraphernalia and Entry into a Disaster Zone, according to police.
A search of King’s vehicle revealed he was also in possession of suspected meth, according to police. He was taken into custody and his vehicle was impounded pursuant to driving on a suspended license.
