ANDERSON, Calif. - Two people were arrested after officers located drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop in Anderson, according to Anderson Police Department.
At about 11 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop near Arby Way and Factory Outlets Dr. to a vehicle with multiple vehicle code violations.
The driver was identified as 33-year-old Joshua Crane of Yreka and the passenger as 27-year-old Bailey Chase of Anderson.
During an investigation, officers saw drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted.
During the search, officers located methamphetamine, packaging, a used glass methamphetamine pipe and hypodermic syringes.
Chase was arrested and is facing possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of sales and transportation of methamphetamine for the purpose of sale charges.
Crane was arrested and is facing transportation of methamphetamine for the purpose of sales and possession of drug paraphernalia charges.
