UPDATE 11:06 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019 - The California Highway Patrol says one victim of the crash is at Enloe Medical Center with a major injury.
CHP was able to clear the scene just after 7 p.m.

CHICO, Calif.-- The California Highway Patrol reported a crash around 5:30 pm off Highway 99 and the Eaton Road on-ramp.
First responders worked to get a driver out of a Prius pinned under a truck.
