Highway 70 reopens following flooding

PLUMAS COUNTY, Calif. - Highway 70 was closed in both directions from the Jarbo Gap to the Greenville Wye due to flooding and debris flow, according to Caltrans. 

Just before 2 p.m., Caltrans said the roads reopened.
