CHICO, Calif. - Kids affected by the Camp Fire can head to downtown Chico to pick up a gift from the Christmas Toy Drive.

The big, red banner for the drive is hard to miss on 825 Main Street in Chico.

A Chico woman and her family started the Camp Fire Toy Drive early in December. Since its start, they have already collected over 400 toys.

"We have about 170 kids registered right now," said Kozette Mcgowan, creator of the Camp Fire Toy Drive. "That will give each kid a toy and also the opportunity to have a stocking stuffer."

The store is accepting toy donations through Dec. 18. Children can also be registered at the store as well.
