CHICO, Calif. — Several new coronavirus cases connected to Chico State were confirmed on Tuesday, according to the university's website.
The total number of positive cases identified on campus since the beginning of August is now 146.

"This number represents the total count of campus-specific cases over time, but does not reflect the number of currently active cases or number of individuals who have recovered," according to Chico State. "The Butte County Public Health Department (BCPHD) tracks general “active” and “recovered” information for the county, but is unable to provide details for University-specific cases."
