The CDPH website cites household contacts and social gatherings, as well as transmission in workplaces and group camping trips for the increased case count.

Health officials recommend measures like increasing the number of contract tracers in the county, quarantining all early release parolees, and reviewing school reopening plans to address the elevated case count.

Thankfully, the wind is cooperating much better today in northern California. Our weather is still quite hot for this time of year and very dry. There is plenty of haze and smoke from the Fawn Fire overhead, and it isn't leaving yet.
