TEHAMA COUNTY, Calif. - Latino Outreach of Tehama County is gearing up for its annual multi-cultural fair. Araceli Gutierrez came to the Action News Now studio to share the details with our Linda Watkins-Bennett.
The purpose of the event is to educate and outreach to anyone in the community on how to stay healthy, safety preparedness, and more. There will be food and snacks but the event is alcohol-free.
The multi-cultural fair will be on Saturday, Sept. 28 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Woodson Elementary School in Corning.
The event is free for community members to come and learn about different organizations and businesses in Tehama County. There will be training, employment opportunities, health awareness, and more discussed.
