SUTTER COUNTY, Calif. - The Butte Fire in Sutter County is nearly contained at 1,500 acres as of Thursday.
This is just nine miles northwest of Yuba City, near Pass Road and West Butte Road on the south side of the Sutter Buttes.
Evacuations have been lifted for the four homes that were under orders.
Firefighters say there is no longer a threat to the community.
