PARADISE, Calif. -  Paradise police officers arrested two people caught loitering around American Mini Storage on Skyway just before 9:00 p.m. on Saturday.

The suspects, Joseph Hosmun and Jane Guzman, claimed to be packing their storage unit, but police were still suspicious because of the late hour.

Both suspects had active arrest warrants. Guzman was wanted in Glenn County and Hosmun in Butte County.

Paradise police said a search of the vehicle revealed that Hosmun was in possession of approximately one gram of a substance that appeared to be methamphetamine, so he was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
