Temperatures have dipped into the 40's to low 50's in the valley overnight, and into the 30's in most mountain areas this morning. Skies will be staying sunny today, and North winds will continue to be gusty this afternoon. Sustained winds will be out of the North to around 20mph, with gusts up to around 35mph. High temperatures will be several degrees warmer than yesterday. Valley areas are projected to top out in the low to mid 70's this afternoon, and mountain areas will top out in the 50's to 60's later today.
Looks like we can expect even warmer high temperatures along with sunny skies on Saturday. Valley areas are projected to top out in the mid 70's on Saturday afternoon. Clouds will be returning to Northern California on Saturday night, and there will be a decent chance for mountain showers on Sunday. Some showers will be possible in the valley, but amounts will be very limited. Temepratures are expected to top out in the mid to high 60's in the valley on Sunday. Showers will become more widespread on Monday and are expected in both the valley and the mountains. Snow levels will likely be down to around 5500' on Sunday and Monday. Showers will start to taper off late Monday night, but some wet weather could linger into early Tuesday. We'll be drying out and warming up on Tuesday afternoon. Valley areas are projected to climb back into the low 70's on Tuesday. Sunny skies and a substantial warming trend will be ahead for the middle of next week. Looks like valley areas could top out in the high 70's to low 80's on Wednesday, and then in the mid 80's on Thursday.
