The rain was quick yesterday and will not be returning today. We'll have sunny to mostly sunny skies and highs near if not above 60 in the Valley. Patchy fog is possible this morning as the skies are clearing but the winds are expected to pick up which should mix out most of the fog that tries to form. Lows tonight will cool into the low-40s.

New Years Eve will be warm and mostly sunny but still no chance for rain. At the stroke of midnight, parly cloudy skies with temperatures in the mid-40s will be likely if you are in the Valley. New Years Day will be cooler and cloudier with highs only reaching the mid-50s. The disturbance that moves through cooling and shading us will not be strong enough to bring showers.

Thursday and Friday the ridge of high pressure returns to the area warming us back to near 60 and clearing the clouds again, allowing for more sunshine.

Saturday a weaik system moves in bringing light scattered showers to the area Saturday and Sunday with temperatures dropping into the mid-to-low 50s.
