We've had lots of active weather the last few days with daily thunderstorms but today that changes. Expect calmer winds, sunnier skies and highs in the low-to-mid 60s in the Valley today. But this morning is still cold with everyone in the 30s in the Valley. We'll see the same thing as you wake up tomorrow with the daytime conditions similar to this afternoon.
This weekend we have a pair of disturbances moving through, originating from the Gulf of Alaska. One moves through on Saturday, the other moves through on Sunday. Both will bring showers to the Valley and snow to the mountains. Snow levels start at about 3000 feet Saturday and rise to 5000 feet on Sunday. Saturday will be the coldest day with Valley highs in the mid-50s then valley highs in the low-60s on Sunday.
Next week wonderful weather returns. Highs in the 70s all week, starting Monday, with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies.
