Wednesday has been a nice, mild day. Most in the valley have remained dry but foothills regions have seen a few showers with the mountains getting some low elevation snow down to 1,800-1,700 feet in some locations along I-5. Temperatures have also been in the low-50s.
Clearing skies are expected through the night which will allow temperatures in the mid-30s by sunrise Thursday. Sunny skies will prevail Thursday with only few clouds in the mountains. Valley highs will be in the low-60s.
A ridge of high pressure will continue to build off the coast providing us with more sunny days Friday through Monday with highs in the mid-to-low 60s.
Late Tuesday into early Wednesday a small disturbance could bring partly cloudy skies and if it is strong enough, bring a slight chance of scattered to isolated showers. This will be a quick system though, so do not expect a lot.
