Today was a nice day with many near 60 degrees and partly cloudy skies.
Tonight we've got a chance of fog developing.Take it careful on the roads in the morning. Overnight lows tonight should dip into the low-40s to upper-30s.
Highs tomorrow should reach around 60 degrees in the valley with mountain highs in the 30s to 40s in the Sierra-Cascades and in the upper-40s to low-50s in the Coastal Mountains.
Fog will continue to be an issue following mornings.
Sunday-Monday we remain partly cloudy to mostly sunny with highs around 60 degrees. On Sunday a few showers are possible north and west of Redding.
Tuesday a system north of us could leave highs in the mid-to-upper 50s with mostly cloudy skies. As for rain chances, they look low for areas south in the valley. Redding and areas north and west of Redding have a decent chance of seeing more showers.
Wednesday through Friday we'll see sunny skies and highs in the upper-60s to low-70s as a ridge of high pressure strengthens. The last time 70s were recorded in the valley was on December 9th, last year.
