Today is cool with everyone in the 70s in the valley and 60s to 50s in the mountains. A few showers have been seen in our northern counties towards the Oregon border and towards the coast but most people in our area are dry, cool with plenty of cloud cover. Its been a great day outside. The weather has also lead to wonderful air quality across the region and really helped in the firefight.
Overnight lows will get into the mid-to-low 30s in the mountains and mid-to-low 50s in the valley. Open up those windows! Tomorrow we are warming up into the upper-70s in the valley and mid-to-upper 60s in the mountains. It will also be breezy, dry and sunny. This could elevate fire concerns at times.
Sunny, dry weather with occasional breezes will persist through next week with daily warming as a ridge of high pressure slowly builds back into the area. Many will return to the 80s by Monday and most people should be back into the low-90s by Wednesday or Thursday in the valley. It will stay sunny and in the low-90s into next weekend.
