Snow and ice complicating travel across the Butte County foothills

The latest round of winter weather has blanketed the Butte County foothills in snow.

Icy conditions are creating slick and dangerous driving conditions across Paradise and Magalia. The CHP is warning drivers to be on the lookout for black ice.
