OROVILLE, Calif. – The Butte County Sheriff’s Office arrested four Oroville residents during a burglary investigation in Bangor.
Deputies responded to a report of a residential burglary in Bangor on Aug. 25. While authorities were clearing the residence, they contacted Jeremiah Lee and Heather Lee, both of Oroville. Deputies investigated and arrested them both for several charges.
Later, detectives and deputies conducted a follow-up investigation and said they determined large amounts of property had been stolen during the Bangor Burglary that took place on Aug. 25.
On Aug. 27, authorities said they serviced a search warrant a residence located near the 100 block of Mission Olive Road in Oroville. Detectives contacted Gene Gleason and Misty Adams, both of Oroville.
During the search, multiple items that had been stolen from the Bangor home were located, according to BCSO. A firearm, ammunition, and meth were all found. Gleason and Adams were both placed under arrest for several charges.
