SHASTA COUNTY, Calif. - A Shasta County Jury found a man contracting without a license after the Carr Fire guilty.

Shasta County District Attorney's Office said Tenerrelli contracted for fence construction at a Carr Fire damaged home, even though he did not have a contractor's license. A judge also found that he had a prior felony strike conviction.

The case was a joint operation by investigators from the Contractors State License Board and Shasta County's Office's Consumer Protection Unit.

Tenerelli will be sentenced on October 4, 2019.
