Shasta County Arts Council features local artists from area high schools

This year the 22nd Juried High School Art Competition is taking place at Old City Hall in Redding through May 22, 2021.

REDDING, Calif. – Every year one of the most popular art shows featured in the Shasta County Arts Council’s Old City Hall gallery is the one that gives people access to the artistic accomplishments of talented, local high school students.

This year the 22nd Juried High School Art Competition is taking place and is featured in the gallery through May 22, 2021.

The show is free and the gallery hours are Tuesday through Thursday from noon to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.

The gallery is also open the 4th Saturday of every month from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Shasta County Arts Council is located at Redding's Old City Hall at 1313 N. Market Street downtown.
