REDDING, Calif. - In-n-Out has announced plans to open a second restaurant in Redding.
The second restaurant would be located next to the Valero near Bonnyview and Churn Creek roads.
The current restaurant is located off Dana Drive and often has a line at the drive through, and some hope a second location will help reduce that.
“And maybe that will alleviate some of those long lines, so we'll get the best of both worlds,” said Redding Chamber of Commerce president Jake Mangas. “We'll have another option and we won't have to wait as long to get that double-double with, what is it, animal-style fries.”
The new location is scheduled to open in the fall of 2019.
