CORNING, Calif. - Rolling Hills Casino & Resort is set to have a grand opening for Rock & Brews on Friday, April 16.
There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:00 a.m. with the restaurant opening right after.
The opening of the Rock & Brew is part of the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians’ goal to create a sustainable future for its people and surrounding communities. The tribe provides more than 70 jobs to Tehama County and is one of the county's three largest employers.
"We are excited to have this iconic brand be integral to our ongoing expansion. They are renowned for high quality, and their name recognition ensures we will attract new visitors by bringing an exciting option to the residents of the North State, as well as creating nearly 70 new jobs for local residents," said Andrew “Dru” Alejandre, Tribal Chairman of the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians.
Rock & Brews is a restaurant chain founded by Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons of the rock band KISS, Dave and Dell Furano, and Michael Zislis. Their menu features spins on American favorites like wings, salads, hand–crafted burgers, BBQ, pizzas, etc. There are also 50 local and international beers in their bars.
