Oroville, Calif. - FEMA's Mobile Registration Center is still up and running at the Tractor Supply parking lot in Oroville.
Action News Now spoke to a FEMA representative who wanted to reiterate that even if you have insurance you can still apply for FEMA help, but they will not double what you have already.
"If you feel that you do need assistance from FEMA please contact us and the other thing is if you had to be evacuated in Butte County and you need assistance from FEMA please come to us," said Angela Byrd.
Byrd said if you plan on registering you need to make sure you have something to identify yourself with.
"They should bring information regarding their Social Security Number, you just need one per household. Also bring some information on their property address, also having information that pertains to the damage that could have been assessed to their property. Anything that identifies they are the person and what they have in terms of damage with their property, that is information they should bring," said Byrd.
The hours for the Mobile Registration Center have changed. It will always be down here in the Tractor Supply parking lot, but the hours are now 9-4 Monday through Saturday. The last day to register is October 21st.
