REDDING, Calif. - The Redding Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a runaway juvenile they say is missing and at-risk.
According to authorities, 15-year-old Chelsey Combs ran away from her home in Redding on Tuesday night.
She is considered at-risk because she is diabetic and does not have her medication with her, they said.
Combs is 5'05" tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
