The incident happened early Thursday morning, around 3 a.m near the dead-end of Bechelli Lane.

Police say they spoke to the victim, who identified Margaret Brice, 26, of Redding, as the suspect.

When officers found Brice on Churn Creek Road near Mistletoe Lane, they say she had blood on her clothes.
