REDDING, Calif. - A memorial service will be held next week for the Redding firefighter who tragically died last week by the Carr Fire.
The Redding Fire Department announced on Twitter Thursday morning that they will honor the life of Jeremy Stoke a fire prevention inspector who died Friday.

The memorial will be held on August 11 at noon in the Redding Civic Auditorium (700 Auditorium Dr).
Stoke along with 5 other people died in the Carr Fire making it the seventh most destructive wildfire in California history.
