RED BLUFF, Calif. - A Red Bluff woman was arrested when an officer knew she had outstanding felony warrants and was seen sitting in her vehicle, Red Bluff police said.
39-year-old Donna Otlowski was seen sitting inside her vehicle Thursday around 8 p.m. on Oak Street near Lincoln Street when an officer saw her.
The officer contacted Otlowski and arrested her for the warrants, including a felony warrant for maintaining a residence for the sale of narcotics.
The officer searches Otlowski and found .44 grams of heroin, a digital scale laced in heroin, individual plastic bags and $814.
Officers said the money was indicative of the sales of drugs and when officers checked her cell phone they determined she was involved in drug sales.
Otlowski was found on probation in Tehama County and was arrested for the sale and transportation of heroin and her outstanding warrants.
She was booked into the Tehama County Jail with bail set at $30,000.
