Power outage in Cottonwood affected 1800 people

The cause of the power outage in Cottonwood has been determined. Customers without power have been dropped down to 50.

COTTONWOOD, Calif. - A power outage has affected 1,800 PG&E customers, near Gas Point Road and Happy Valley Road in Cottonwood.

PG&E said the cause of the power outage was from a bird that came into contact with electrical equipment, between Robinson Glenn and Matthew Lane in Cottonwood.
